Craniosacral massage is a delicate yet extremely effective stress-relief treatment focuses on the central nervous system with light pressure and movement from the head down the spinal column to the sacrum.

This non-invasive bodywork technique relieves compression in the bones of the skull, sacrum, and spinal column. It helps to reduce stress and pain produced by compression by applying mild pressure to the head, neck, and back. It can be used to treat a variety of illnesses, including migraines, headaches, sinus infections, neck discomfort, and anxiety or depression.

This session is similar to massage treatment and you are completely dressed. A craniosacral massage therapy session will begin with a consultation to determine your symptoms and problem areas. Following that, your therapist will utilize light pressure methods to analyze the presence of potential disturbances and/or limits in your fascial system. Gentle touch and fascial release are utilized to assist your muscles and organs spontaneously alleviate stress, which enhances function. In addition, many people report experiencing a deep sense of relaxation during this session.
