Zero Balancing is a unique form of bodywork that uses skilled touch to address the relationship of body structure and body energy. Finger pressure and gentle traction on the bones and joints create a point of balance around which the body can relax and reorganize itself allowing the receiver to let go of held tension and pain and experience a new level of integration. It includes techniques such as gentle lifting, pressing, rotating and stretching of different body parts. The client stays fully clothed for the duration of the session.

Craniosacral Therapy

This treatment is gentle, yet highly effective for stress-relief and focuses on the central nervous system through light pressure and movement from the scalp along the spinal column down to the sacrum.

This non-invasive form of bodywork relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column. With the use of gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back, it helps to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can help treat several conditions including migraines, headaches, sinus infections, neck pain, and anxiety or depression, among others.

This session is like massage therapy, except you are fully clothed. Your session will begin with a consultation to identify your symptoms and troubled areas. From there, your therapist will use gentle pressure techniques to assess the existence of possible disruptions and/or restrictions in your fascial system. Light touch and fascial release are used to help your muscles and organs naturally relieve stress, which improves function. In addition, many people often report feeling a sense of deep relaxation during this session.

Guided Meditation

This is a practice that brings about balance physically, emotionally, and mentally.

The benefits of this session can be tailored specifically to your needs (stress, anxiety, addiction, self-worth, etc.). You will learn a variety of mindfulness tools to incorporate into your everyday life and develop a personalized practice developed around your desired intentions.

During this session, lying down you are led into a state of peace. The best guided form of meditation engages the mind and harnesses the power of positive imagery to create states of wellbeing and pathways for mind-body healing for improved mental health. Following the voice of your guide, this effective method stops people from mind wandering and ensures you relax into the treatment from the get-go.

Reiki Healing Therapy

Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to “universal life force energy.” Reiki is a system of high frequency healing energy that flows from the palms of an attuned practitioner directed to various chakra points (energy centers) in the client to rebalance energy throughout the body and mind. Reiki eliminates toxins and energetic blockages and stimulates the healthy function of internal organs for optimal medical well-being.

Reiki massage therapy is good for stress, relaxation, rebalancing, grounding self-confidence and reiki also promotes the body’s natural healing process because of its restoring effects on the mind, body, and spirit.

After a reiki consultation, asking about health and lifestyle issues and anything causing concern, we then explain the reiki treatment: how it works and what the guest may experience. During this session you can expect your therapist to lightly place their hands on, or just above, you to influence the flow of qi (life energy). Reiki sessions are based on individual needs and can include both hands on and hands off techniques. A Reiki massage session will feel pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.

Reflexology

Though often referred to as a reflexology massage, it is slightly different than a standard foot rub. Reflexology is a treatment based on the principle that there are areas and points on the feet, hands, and ears that are connected through the nervous system to corresponding parts. When pressure is applied to these areas and points it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps to restore homeostasis balance.

Through application of pressure on areas of hands or feet, it serves to relax tension, improve circulation, and promote the natural function of the related area. As far as health benefits, reflexology can address anything from headaches to sinus problems to stomach issues and some disease. If sensitivity or tenderness is experienced when an area is stimulated, it usually indicates bodily weaknesses or imbalances within the corresponding organ. With repeated pressure and manipulation of nerve endings, it can help to clear any channels of blocked energy.

During your session, your reflexologist will use their expertise to determine which surface points are most relevant to your needs and then apply pressure using their thumbs, fingers, or palms. Kneading the soft fleshy ball of the foot, pulling on the toes, tracing around the heel, and pushing deep into the arch are just a few of the movements you’ll experience during a treatment. During the session, you’re clothed and seated or lying down. The therapist may concentrate on specific areas to alleviate ailments and provide health benefits.

Zero Balancing Massage

This is based on the premise that energy is a fundamental part of our being with its own anatomy and physiology. Vibration (fine wavelength) is considered an expression of this energy which moves as a current through the body. It holds information such as memory, or not, of trauma due to physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual injury.

This is a powerful body-mind therapy that uses skilled touch to address the relationship between energy and structures. Once this relationship is balanced, the feeling is one of being back to zero or perfectly balanced.

It can also help relieve body aches and pain, release restrictions in movement, and provide lasting relief from emotional distress and other health conditions to improve overall quality of life. This can also be helpful with specific goals such as relief from back pain, improving concentration or sleep, releasing unwanted stress, eliminating old behavior patterns, or boosting well-being.

Your practitioner will begin your session by assessing your current condition and discuss your goals before beginning the work. You will lie, fully clothed, on a table, while your practitioner works under your body, providing gentle pressure and subtle movements to release held tension in your bones, initiating an energetic shift in your body. A session leaves you with a wonderful feeling of inner harmony and organization. The changes you experience are only beginning during the session, and things may keep moving and shifting subtly for the next 24 hours.
